Video shows the aftermath of a house explosion in Bel Air, Maryland, that left two people dead on Sunday.
According to the Harford County Fire and EMS, the victims were identified as the homeowner, 73-year-old Ray Corkran Jr., and a Baltimore Gas and Electric Company contractor, 35-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Alvarado.
First responders, including volunteer firefighters with the Abingdon Fire Company, arrived at the home in Bel Air, about 30 miles from Baltimore, around 6:40 a.m. They were initially called for an apparent house explosion.
Officials said the homeowner was pulled from the rubble. In addition to the fatalities, another person was reportedly injured.

No evidence of criminal activity, officials say
The video shows the debris, smoke, and fire after the deadly blast that left at least 12 families displaced.
"Deputy State Fire Marshals and ATF agents have concluded their on-scene investigation and turned the scene over to the insurance representatives," officials said Monday. "Crews have already begun cleaning up the copious debris strewn throughout the neighborhood, and restoration companies are beginning to make repairs to nearby homes."
Officials plan to review all evidence collected at the scene, including gas and electrical piping. They said there was no evidence of criminal activity. The National Transportation Safety Board is also looking into the matter.
Authorities ask anyone who smelled gas in the area before the blast to contact them.
In a statement on Monday, the president of the Harford County Fire and EMS Association said, "We mourn alongside the family and friends who lost their loved ones today. Words cannot describe what you must be going through, but know that we are with you."
